Im upgrading to a better Graphics card soon, and so im getting a new PSU. Here is the Card im getting:

http://www.evga.com/products/moreInfo.asp?pn=01G-P3-1155-TR&family=GeForce%20200%20Series%20Family
(Note: the card requires: 450w Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 24 Amps.)
And here is the PSU ive decided on:
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139003
Keeping in mind that my current system runs at 300w Single 12v@19A rail, and that i am ONLY changing the Graphics card and NOTHING else. I believe this PSU to be more than enough if not perfect for the card. Ive taken measurements, accounted for Connectors and available slots, made sure everything will fit and it all seems perfect, and i NEVER plan to OverClock. Now all i need is second opinions on the PSU. Do you think it will supply enough power to my system without bottlenecking the card?
