Hello,
i removed my usb without making safely remove when it was working as <speed up my system> then i plugged it,the computer told me that i should format the usb.i tried to make format but the computer told me that the system was unable to format it and now when i try to open it,the computer tells me <please insert a disk...>

This can happen if you pull out a drive when Windows is writting data to it, the data got messed up. Reboot, try to format it again. It should let you format it unless somehow the disk got physically damaged. Maybe try in another computer, possibly a different OS (MAC, Linux), at times they can read different file structures better than Windows.

Sometimes you will see a "delayed write failed" message when this happens also. The reason they have the safely remove hardware utility is to ensure that there is no data being written to a drive before it gets removed.

Also, if the device is set to "optimize for quick removal" you don't need to safely remove device before removing it. "Optimize for quick removal" shuts off write caching to that device.
