I HIGHLY recommend trixx utillity...instead of ccc...its a free small program that lets you over clock and overvolt.....the the power control is your overvolt....so lets say you hit a wall of 1000/1350 stable...with a bit more volts goin to it you will be more stable at higher clocks....but the only thing you have to worry about is temp....keep it just under 85c for your stress tests and that card will last you for years...gotin to around 90 will shorten the cards life span

get an old coolermaster cpu fan just the standard one and place it on the other side of the gpu chip works pretty well works better depending on the card though but tested it on my mates 5770 it reached idle full fan 50C with this it lowered down to 40 and even hit 39C but instead of that ill probably buy a pci graphics card fan that should work just as good or better

oh like the stand alone system fans? that goes in the back slots on your rig? if that is what your talking about .....well I have heard from LOTS of ppl sayin that they are not worth the money at all....but wicked temps man...good to see your keepin it coool! :sol:

if your going to be adding voltage overstock i highly recommend checking the vddc temperatures. Download the latest version of gpuz and set it up to log a file so after gaming for a little while you can go back and check all the temps.

thanks for the advice will do if i overclock voltage at moment havent needed too and at 980 only want to reach 1000 at the most so should be able to reach it without overvolting it but if i have to ill do that :)
