Paste for new hardware and OC

i got this now
and i will probably overclock it .. do i need to buy paste ? or does the paste come with these and which of the paste should i use .. if i have to buy paste what type of paste and brand do you recommend ?

Paste will come with the cooler, and it will be okay - but if you want the best cooling you should get some Arctic Silver 5 or MX-4. Personally, I prefer the MX series pastes because they don't need to 'set' like AS5 does.
