What the Hell?Catalyst and CPUZ not reading card right?

Here is cpuz validation http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=1844337 .I have no freakn clue why this happens and its always showed that way,I thought it would show the correct clock for a HD5770 (HIS) set in overdrive in catalyst but it shows the 157 and whatever. I have even turned off AMDVC (Catalyst) overdrive and it still reads like that.I have no problems playing any games or anything.Everything is updated to the max lol.Anyone suggestions or why this happens?

You dont, it reads in realtime, so whatever your card is doing, however hard its working it, the corespeed at that moment is on the catalyst display
