Where can I get a FREE XP Toshiba tecra S1 boot cd for free? Thanks

Boot or Restore? Restore you have to contact Toshiba for, they'll probably charge you for one though unless the PC is in warranty.

Or you can try to find one on a torrent search. As long as you have the system and the license sticker, it's not illegal to download the disk.
