Re install OS With new mobo?

So my motherboard wont support 1066 memory so i was gonna get a new x45 775 motherboard.
Will i have to reinstall windows on my current Hard drive or can i put in new mobo and memory and fire up.

It is advisable to reinstall Windows. The new board requires new drivers and current OS has drivers for the old board. It may cause conflicts.
