Overlocking my cpu what setting do I change

Tried to overlock my intel core2 quad cpu 2.4ghz I have an asus p5n-em hdmi motherboard

The images below show what I get in the bios menus tried changing some settings as told to do in another forum I changed the fsb settings and them my pc bios crashed I got a checksum error and had to reset my bios which took some time.

Is it safe to overlock the processor I have and dose my motherboad support overlocking and what settings do I change and what do I change the fab to

It looks like the overclock settings are locked out of your BIOS or are non-existent.

Where did you change the FSB? If you can post a picture of where you changed the FSB, that would be helpful.

Sorry the 2nd image did not load up see above I tried changing those settings before but got an error and bios would not load

On the FSB Mode there is Auto Linked or Unlinked
