Fan control program for macbook pro on Vista partition?

i found one for the Mac OS X side of things, but i'm trying to look for a similar program on the Window side...

specifully, a program that lets me change the RPMs of my fans inside the macbook pro 2.8 GHz.

and before you ask why i have a mac, i got it as a graduation present out of the blue...

um, i tried that, nothing shows up under the "Fan" settings, and this is macbook pro on Vista...
