No display

I've installed everything in my computer correctly everything is running when i turn it on but there is no display on the monitor i think that its not reading the video card. any suggestions?

ASUS P5Q motherboard, Intel Core 2 Duo E8400, Corsair TWINX 4096MB PC6400, HIS Radeon HD 4850, Acer 22" Flat Panel LCD.

the computer starts up fine and everything seem to be running correctly, there is no beeps at the beginning or image on screen.
