Question about moving old hard drive as slave to new system?

Hey all so i am building a new system which will be windows 7 64bit. Was wondering if there will be issues moving my old hard drive which is windows xp 32bit as a slave into the new system?

there is no problem with that. Just make sure the drive with win 7 is the boot drive.
