Collapsing menus

All right, I give up this time after checking many sources.
Perhaps I don't describe it in the proper terms.

How do I stop program menus in Windows ME from shrinking (according to # of times accessed)? Also in MS Word and other such programs.... I want to see all my options all the time.

I don't see anything in TweakUI.

Right-click the taskbar, then Properties. I think there's an option for recently accessed menus. In word, goto Tools > Customize. Then, there's an option which you uncheck something like "Show recently accessed menus". I don't have MS Office installed (I'm in overhaul, I'll get to it), but I know you'll find it.
