can anyone help me why SSE 4.1 is not detected by CPU-Z?

my system:

E7400
Palit N73V 7050/610i chipset
2GB DDR2 800 ram

OS - Windows 7 RC 7600 build.

As far as I know 4.1 only shows up in the Penryn Core 2 Duo line, not the Wolfdale.

hmm im not sure... im seeing CPU-Z reports of other E7400 owners and SSE4.1 shows up on theirs.

is it possible that my mobo doesnt support SSE 4.1?
