Can you guys let me know if i could drop a 9950BE into my ECS MCP61P-AM Motherboard?

That is the name off Gateways site...this is what cpuz says MCP61PM-AM

As per the model number, it should have nvidia 6100 as the onboard video chip right...
I guess it is a vendor specific model and here is compatibility list of the retail model of that chip...See if this helps...

Wow im surprised its actually got support for phenoms...il have to do some research on another board of mine but i doubt it will support the chip either :(
