I cant flash my 6950 msi twin frozr III 2gb into 6970

there was some post here i followed and finally it told me that the version of the bios is 32 bit and my windows is 64 bit

plz i wanna flash my card into 6970 how?

i just got tired from the topics and posts

can some one give me a stated opinion?

CPU:AMD PHENOM II X4 945 3.00
MEMORY:4GB CORSAIR DOMINATOR 1600
PSU:C00LER MASTER 650 WATT
WINDOWS 7 64 BIT
