Very curious. What does Task Manager show for total and available memory? - See the Performance tab - middle right.

You might also run the free full system scan at PCPitStop and see what it reports.

What did Task Manager and PCPitStop say?

Is this the memory you have been running and you just noticed the issue or did you make a recent change? If so, what?

What RAM do you have? Is it a matched pair? On mobo validated list?

Have you tried moving the RAM around to see what it reports? Try each stick in each slot and see if it reports the sticks in each slot.
