My laptop can't find any wireless networks, need help.

I have a Dell XPS M140 and one day, when I turn on the laptop it doesn't connect to my wireless network. When I opened the wireless network list, it couldn't find any wireless networks and there are usually 8-10. I reinstalled the wireless card, disabled it and then enabled it, and I also reinstalled the driver from the dell site and I still have the same problem. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Unless you changed something, sounds like a hardware issue.
