Socket Dell OptiPlex GX280

You can try a g31 board; I would remove the dell board first, and see if the backplate is atached to the board and how the board installs. If the board snaps in place using built in grooves in the case, then a regular board that installs with screws could be a problem. Dell systems aren't designed for upgrading. Used dell boards are listed doing a yahoo search and on ebay. You can also buy a standard atx case with new power supply for around $40-50 and transfer the dell hardrive and optical drive to the new case. But again, it may not be a perfect match color wise or otherwise.
