Hello,can u help me out my sata hdd is not being picked, it sounds like a hard ware problem the sound of the read write heads has changead

Is this a new drive or has it already been in use? Does it show up in the bios?

If it's new, you will need to go into disk management, initialize and format it before it will show up in windows. If it doesn't show up in the bios, then it may have already failed.
