I try to download microsoft word 2007 free download for windowa xp. 4 times I try. Till now I can't download what I want. Is there an answer to this problem.

Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

It isn't usual to download it - you normally go out and buy it in a D package with the Product Key you need to activate and legitimise it.

Fortunately, there is a perfectly good and free alternative called OpenOffice which you can download without paying for it from http://www.openoffice.org and it will work with all your MS Office files.
