So Ive got an 8800gt that I would like to use a little longer and a power supply that should work just fine. What do you think of this build?

Seems perfectly fine to me. What power supply do you plan to use for this? Or what is your current power supply? Make sure it's a high-quality one with a rating of at least 500W.

ditch the 955 cost too much, 940 oc's fine, with saved money upgrade something higher for another part

the psu I currently have is an ocz stealthxstream 600 watt. Also, sharken, what do you recommend upgrading if i switch out the 955?
