I tried to run repair using my XP Professional with service pack 3. During the repair install I receive the following message: Files Needed The file 'asms' on Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3 CD is needed. Type the path where the file is located, and then click OK. Copy files from: GLOBALROOT\DEVICE\CDROMO\I386 Using the explore feature on my laptop the disk has this file but I can not get it to copy. I don't want to lose all of my files with a fresh install. Any help is greatly appreciated.
