Value for money mobo

I want a mobo with following specs:
1.AM3
2.DDR2 memory support(bcoz I dont want to throw my 4gig ddr2 modules)
3.PCIE 2.0


Please suggest!!

Frys has a biostar 6150 chipset board with sempron cpu for $39.99 today only at their stores only. If you don't live near a Frys, check your local craigslist for bargains on am2+ boards. I have the biostar board and an msi 6150se board from frys, and they both work fine. With the proper bios, they both run am3 cpus up to 95 watts. For phenom II above 95 watts, checkout the asrock 780 or 790 boards for good value. I've had good luck with biostar, msi, and asrock boards.
