Usb 3 cables

Hello,

what are currently the usb 3.0 types of cables? because i recently bought off a relatively unkown company here in europe an advertised as usb 3 enclosure with usb 3 cable and the enclosure has a mini-B usb port, am i correct in that usb 3 cables are not like the usb 2.0 mini-B port but different? please help because i think ive been duped. thanks in advance

USB 3.0 connections look almost the same then the USB 2.0 since USB 3.0 will accept USB 2.0 cables.
