I am having trouble keeping my WD Velociraptor cooled down. It is sitting in the case and I have a Noctua 92mm fan 1600rpm running above it, but the WD case temp is 105 degrees fahrenheit. So I have temporarily put a desk fan in front of the computer case, opened up the media bay door and am blowing the air through the case. Temp is now 80 degrees fahrenheit. There are a lot junk coolers out there.

Those temps are fine. I'd actually take away the desk fan.

105F = ~41C. Please use Celsius next time. We measure PC temps in Celsius. And 41C is quite cool for a 10k rpm drive.

That's fine, honestly. Velociraptors run cool (compared to most 10krpm drives, which can run at upwards of 50C/120F), and you really don't need to worry about cooling for them.

Well, as you can see from the responses you hard drive temperature is fine and well within limits.

I am curious, why did you think the hard drive temperature was high?

^Because 100F+ is hot for most humans
