Installed PSU, now PC Crashes, HELP

i just installed a tx850w corsair replacing my 420w PSU, because I have a 2nd 7900 GS i wanted to use.
i then activated the SLI in nVidia options.

the problem is, idles at 50 degrees then slowly climbs to 60 and whole pc Completely powers down. If any applications run for more than 5 minutes, completely powers down.

Ran it w/ fan pointing straight at open case, ~15 minutes before completely powers down.

core and both GPU's idle at 50, then climb to 60 for a power down.

am i technologically impaired? what did I do to cause this?

Try running it with just one of the video cards to see if it stills powers down.
