Motherboard Recommendation Please

I wan to build a system for my friend based on the AMD Athlon II X2 240 Regor 2.8GHz 2 x 1MB L2 Cache Socket AM3 65W Dual

He just wants to use the system for Web browsing and burning DVD's. Can someone recommend a good motherboard as well as memory?

The asus M4A78-EM is a micro atx board with an hdmi port and both types of video ports. According to one newegg review, it's capable of overclocking the cpu. This board uses ddr2; newegg has some wintec 2x2gb kits for $71.99 with free shipping. For a ddr3 board, checkout the asrock M3A785GMH for around $80 shipped at newegg. I have had good luck with asrock and msi boards. For ddr3 memory, newegg has some corsair xms3 for $94.99 shipped in 2x2gb kit.
