I installed windows 8. When I installed my Netgear WNA1100 wireless adapter and tried it the system blue screen crashed. This happened several times. If I pull the USB wireless adapter windows 8 runs fine... Any ideas?

Windows 8 is not retail ready so there will be all sorts of problems with drivers. I am assuming your Wireless Adaptor is not properly supported by Win 8. You will most likely need to run an ethernet connection to have the best chance of success at this point. Ethernet NICs are far more generic and more likely to be supported than the more finicky wireless hardware.
