Overclocking Crucial Ballistix Sport Ram HELP

I have just bought 12GB of the Crucial Ballistix Sport 1600Mhz ram with the timings of 10-10-10-28 and need help on what to do to overclock it from 1600 to 1800+?

OCZ vertex 2 ssd
