My computer doesnt appear on the desktop it always says at the starting point th

Hello,
my computer does not appear on the desktop,it always says at the starting point that strike F1 to continue and when i do so it again prompt me to strike F1 again to retry boot. Please i need some help to fix my computer ?

Ok so you have a cyclic reboot,

You need to insert your XP installation Disc into the computer and Boot from the disc.
