G15 display without the keyboard

Hello,
I've been using MS Natural keyboards for years. I prefer them substantially to any others I've tried or had to use at work.
However, I like the display and handy info from the G15 display. Has anyone seen a separate display (logitech or otherwise) that could simply set on the desk next to the keyboard with the same or similar functionality?

I did find this video of someone who took the display and guts needed out of his broken g15. I might be able to work with something like that if I had to, though I don't want to spend $50 or more for a used g15 just to tear apart.

Hello,
I saw that, even found it for $40 on ebay, but it's bulkier than I was hoping for. I've got a Nostromo N52 that I never use, so I doubt I'd use it as a controller.
