Will this Fan Setup work?

So I have the hyper 212 heatsink and the Haf x case.

I want to use the Push Pull Config.

I am also going for a blue/black PC look (I know its nothing new, but still looks nice)

In my case atm, I have the stock Haf X fans (Front 230mm intake, Top 200m exhaust, side 200m intake w/GPU duct, 140mm rear exhaust)
Then I have my Hyper 212+ heatsink with the 120mm push fan.

I also have a Cooler Master 120mm R4 fan pointed at the GPU on the Fan duct that the haf x has.

I want to add 2 x 200mm Blue LED Megaflow's

I also want to add a 120mm fan for a Push/Pull on my Hyper 212+.

So my question is, I want to stick with a Blue LED fan setup.

There are 2 options, either I can use
COOLER MASTER R4-L2R-20AC-GP 120mm Blue LED Case Fan
COOLER MASTER R4-BMBS-20PK-R0 Blade Master 120mm Case Fan (the fan that is on the Hyper 212

I already have one of each, so whichever one I choose, I only need one.

Also, I am planning on using this splitter cable so I can control all 3 fans as one fan.
Will it be okay if they were all controlled as one fan, meaning will it be alright with the gpu fan running at the same speeds as the cpu heatsink fans?

Also, should I look into a fan controller? Should I be controlling the chassis fans?

If you need me to clarify or explain a question, please ask. I am fairly new, so please feel free to inform me if I misunderstand something.

The R4 with blue led are very good, I have 3 in my radiator with the same case HAF X.
