H50 and thermal paste question. please help

Hello everyone, noob here with a question about my new H50 and thermal paste.

I have been trying to find an angle that offers the least amount of resistance to the tubes of the H50 for the last few days.

in doing so i have shifted the H50 pump 90 degrees, and then back to the original position.

so my question is, since i shifted this pump 2 times would it be completely necessary to apply new thermal paste?

If you have any left you could do that, it wouldn't hurt.

Its not needed if the paste isn't on there for like half a jear.

Thermal paste is fine as long as there is still some making contact and provides a uniform surface between the pump/block and CPU IHS.
