To many options ideas?

So I have been debating this for a week. I found microcenter about 30ish min from my apt and saw the their proc prices and can't seem to decide. I was debating about core i5 for 170 ish including tax but i think they sold out. they have the 920 for $212 including tax but that requires a 180ish plus mobo. heck the i5 would require a 140 dollar mobo for what i need. But they have the q9550 for 180 including tax.
my current rig is
a e5200 at 3.8ghz
p45 ud3p board
8gigs ddr2
8800gt
wd 649 caviar black
antec ea 500 w psu
the q9550 is a drop in and a decent deal at 180 i was saving for an intel 80 gig x25m g2 drive but i am considering the q9550
my plan was to pick up an intel ssd and a new 5800 series ati card but my e5200 which has been awesome considering the oc doesn't quite hand the stupid ass flash stuff as well as it should. I hate flash btw but I seem to be using it a lot more than when i bought the e5200. So any advice on what to do. I could spend the money on a new i5 system but I don't think its worth it considering what I have when a q9550 is 180. what do you guys think?
