Hello friend.
What processor do you have ?
I have a core i3 530 (2.93 GHz stock = 133 x 22 ), which I am running stably at 3.71 GHz ( 169 x 22 ) by increasing the FSB from 133 to 169. Anything more than this is unstable due to low Vcore.

You may also want to lower your memory multiplier from 10 to 8, but for that you have to update the BIOS.
