Getting ready to build my computer and I noticed that the graphics card has 512 GB DDR3 RAM. However, my MOBO only takes DDR2 RAM. Are they compatible?

Yes!

The DDR3 you noted on the graphics card is not actually DDR3. Its actually GDDR3, and while the names may be similar, the tech is different. your ddr2 ram will work fine with the graphics card.
