Hello Alex, I am looking to find a DiamondMax 21 STM3250820A electronic board. I had it in an external case at which I connected the wrong power supply! Does anyone have one? Help!

You have probably shorted the 12V TVS diode. You can remove this diode with flush cutters. The drive will work without it, but it will no longer have overvoltage protection on the +12V supply. If you wish to replace the diode, then you can use an SMBJ12A from Farnell, Mouser, Digikey.
