Memory Compatibility Tags: Asus Compatibility Memory Motherboards Last response: January 1, 2010 10:01 PM in Motherboards Share kkeough88 December 12, 2009 2:28:56 AM I bought 4 sticks of G. Skill F3-12800CL9D-4GBNQ from NewEgg I also bought an ASUS M4A78T-E AM3 AMD 790GX HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail Asus’ Qualified Vendor list doesn’t list the memory. Does it mean I should return it and get a different one? G. Skills F3-12800CL9D-2GBNQ and F3-12800CL9D-6GBNQ are on their list, but not F3-12800CL9D-4GBNQ. Why not? What should I do? If it will work in this board, will it be used in dual channel mode? What settings should I put in the bios? More about : memory compatibility Detaill January 1, 2010 1:51:36 PM Board Supports up to 16 gb DDR2 1300 mhz memory. See board specs. Asus US Deathmar January 1, 2010 10:01:14 PM I asked the exact same question, check if those two sticks are still in circulation, maybe just Asus is slow with its manuals. Can't find your answer ?
