Hi, Im currently working on a new build and since I spend most of my money already I really dont want to buy a new psu even though its very important, i have a 500w psu (cooler master) 2 18a 12v rails
is it save to run a system with:
msi p55 gd65 motherboard
core i5 2.66ghz cpu
very very low end 9400gt gpu
4gb 1600mhz ddr3 ram
1 sata dvd burner
1 sata hdd 7200rpm
cooler master scout case
I really dont trust the power supply calculators so I was wondering if you could give me some feedback on whether it is safe to run this system on 500w (I will NOT be overclocking anything)
also, is it a good quality psu??? i cant really test it for quality since the only working pc I have right now runs on 2gb ddr2 pentium 4 1hdd and 1optical drive
