Starmicro carries the xp 1700 for only $11. 266 fsb cpus are the limit for this board; 333 cpus might run, but at the slower speed. I remember this board well; not bad but no real overclocking features, except with a beta bios. If you want to go with a faster cpu, pricewatch lists 2 venders with nforce2 boards for under $20 shipped that use ddr 400 (pc3200) ram. If you want more info, look in the ecs website under "archives". Officially, if you can find one at a decent price, the board supports up to the xp 2600 at 266. Use cpuid to confirm your bios version before ordering any cpus.
