Desktop help

Hi all, im new here so hope this is the right place to post this.

I am after a new desktop pc to replace my laptop, as its graphics card is not the best. I am currently studying architecture and need to do some 3d work on 3d studio, adt, sketchup , as well as lots of work in photoshop. I am on a small budget but have found this one, spec below. I think it is a fast pc but without a good graphics card, can anyone confirm this? also if i am able to buy a good graphics card to put in it.
