Cmos error

Hello,
i replace the cmos battery but its not entering bios setup. its just hang in F1 and F2 press in the same stage

Have big problem, unplug power ac first, remove battery again let 10minute, remove ram , clean socket and ram, if you have 2 just use 1stick try in another slot ram, take back old battery.
If this condition you have still problem contact support vendor.
