MSI K9A2 Platinum won't powerup

Hi all!

(disclaimer: english is not my native language, sry for any mistakes)

Today my computer stopped working for some reason.
When i plug the electricity, 3 leds start tilting and the fans start spinning and stopping, but if i press the power button nothing happens.

I tried unpluging everything except the CPU, i aslo tried swapping my RAM in every slot, and i still have the same problem.

Does anyone know what can be wrong? I'm pretty sure that the tilting leds and fans mean something, but i don't know what, and i can't find anything on the manual or google.

System spec:
MSI K9A2 PLATINUM
AMD Phenom 9950
OCZ DDR2 1066mhz
PC Power and cooling 750w
Samsung HD 1tb
Western Digital HD caviar blue 320gb

Update:
I tried reseting the CMOS and using another RAM from another PC, and it still won't work.

Do you try with another PSU?
