I'm shopping around for a new PC was wondering if anyone knows what mobo is used in a dell inspiron 545

Basically I want to know if it comes with PCI-E 2.0. Precisely if it has 1 pci-e 2.0 or 2 pci-e (I doubt it) and if it support dual x8/x8.

Couldn't find a photo of the board, but it has 4 ram slots and g3100 onboard video, so it might be a g33 chipset board or something newer. I can tell you for certain it only has one 16x pci-e slot, so it won't support crossfire or sli. With it's 300w power supply, you can run a 4670 or 4770 video card on medium or high settings. I recommend you upgrade the ps if you want a better video card. Corsair and pc power and cooling are both good, and should fit your dell case.
