Heres my new built,

CPU: AMD 940 BE
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-MA790X
RAM: Corsair 4GB (2x2GB) DDR2 1066MHz
GPU: XFX Ati HD 4870 1GB
Antec 300
Corsair 650TX
Western Digital 160GB
LG GH22NS30 22x DVD-RW
Windows 7

1)Now, I might overclock my CPU and GPU so will I need a bit more power and 3rd party fan?

2) Keeping in mind my video card what monitor do you recommend between 21.5"-22" (I live in UK btw)

3) I could either get Windows 7 or a pirate version of XP, which one do you guys recommend?

It looks nice...i do recommend going ahead and grabbing a heatsink so you can overclock when you run into that first game...ie GTA IV...
