Im not too sure on which PS and video card i should get.
Suggestions on the rest of the build would also be appreciated.
 
^+1 for the X3 720...
It would perform as good as the E8400 in games and even better in multi-threaded apps...
And the X3 720 has an unlocked multiplier, hence overclock easier and higher...
