Bios detected but not windows 7

So I recently put a nice build together and everything works out perfect. However, my WD Caviar Black 1TB 64MB 7200 RPM HDD shows up in the BIOS and whenever I boot up but when I get into Windows and click on Computer, I only see my SSD which contains the OS and my external HDD. Anyone know how I can fix this problem?
