Hello,
How do I fix being asked for user name & password every time I start up the computer. Windows XP is the program. Error Ox800ccc90 & 0x800ccc92 along with Local Area Connection has a network cable unplugged.

You got a lot of "Stuff" going on there which indicates corrupted system files, or possible computer infection.
Try a Windows System restore, Run System file checker (sfc /scannow) or Repair install from Windows CD.

Won't hurt to run AV scan Malware/spyware scans, and insure your software & drivers are up to date.

Need a bit more details here. The errors have nothing to do with the password, neither does the cable unplugged message.

Need to setup an account with a blank password.

The errors, when do they come up? When did they start? Exact message?

The network cable issue, ignore it, turn off it's notification in the network options, plug in a cable or disable the lan port in device manager.
