500GB SSD win score 7.5+ for a good price ?

According to mainstream reports, articles, and forecasts I read we will not see any large price reductions until 2014 or 2015, It is going to take that long for the industry to mature.

Answer a ? for me if you dont mind ?

1. Would i see a increase in speed by replacing my sata II mobo with a new sata III 6.0Gbs mobo with my 2-- WD black 6.0gbs in raid 0 ??

2. how does my read speed of 225 compare with ssds ?

^Well, it depends on the SSD, some SSD's can't even break 100, others can put out 500+, some (PCI-E) SSd's can put out over 1GB. So it depends, but your reads mean nothing, as an SSD with the same reads as yours will still wreck your HDD's in anything...just letting you know.

And about the spee increase, it depends, if your max reads are 225 then no, SATA III won't help as you haven't gotten close to SATA II limits yet.
