Autorun doesnt open

Hello,
My USB drive isnt working. When I plug it in the computer, it doesnt opens up. I go to my computer and double click on the USB, but it opens up empty. Though it shows the used space as 270 GB used out of 320 GB...but it doesnt show any items. The file system is FAT 32

Do you have any files on it? If not it's overhead for the drive. I have a 750 that shows as 596.gb

I did have files....movies, musics etc..but they werent showing up when i was opening the drive....it was blank. And when i was checking the drives size...it showed the size according to the things i had stored there...270 GB out of 320.
